We do our best to get back to you within a timely manner but it may take up to twenty four hours for you to receive a response. Return Policy

Cold Case Gear offers a 60 day return period in which you can return your purchase to receive a full refund. Returned items are expected to be in like new condition. If you are initiating a return please contact us at customerservice@coldcasegear.com so that we may issue you an RMA for your return. Items returned without an RMA may be returned to sender or take significantly longer to process. Returns must be sent to our Pagosa Springs, CO Headquarters

Cold Case Gear offers a lifetime warranty on our products. Should you have any issues with your West Slope Case please reach out to us immediately. Cold Case Gear with either repair or replace your damaged West Slope Case.
